This could mean treating yourself to a dessert at a beautiful restaurant, burning a candle that feels luxurious, or practicing graciously receiving compliments and offers without downplaying yourself.

Your body needs proof that it can hold a new frequency without fear. Over time, these small expansions layer on each other until the leap into your next timeline feels natural rather than abrupt.

The more vividly you can imagine the details while staying in a state of ease, the more your nervous system integrates the vision as “normal.”

By doing this, you create a mental and physical rehearsal for the power of manifesting. So when the actual moment comes, your body will not be shocked. Instead, it will say, “We have been here before. We know what to do. Let’s enjoy it.”
