Learn the next steps once you finish your vision board in this vision board guide

If your ready for your life match the photos you pasted, that is exactly what this vision board guide will help you do.

This year you chose images that actually meant something. You felt that little spark while creating it. As you created you got the sense that this wasn’t just about aesthetics, but about a different way of living.

And now you’re here and you’re wondering how it’s supposed to move from paper into real life. You’re asking yourself, “Mkay, I made the board but now what?” Don’t worry, this post will explain what commonly happens when women finish putting together their vision boards and what needs to happen for the to become your real life.

So without further ado, let’s get your vision manifested so it is the life you live each day.

What Usually Happens After Making a Vision Board

After the excitement settles, most women unintentionally drift into one of two approaches. These are fall back approaches because no one ever talks about the next steps when at the vision board parties. Instead, the focus is on life categories, pictures, design, maybe an affirmation or two plus some good food and sisterhood.

None of that is bad…it just leaves a big fat question mark once the event is over. That is why this vision board guide exists. Because women have these amazing creations, but no real way to work with them. That leads to one of the two following things:

1. Trying to Force the Vision Into Reality

This is the “okay, now I need to make this happen” path.

A lot of women start planning. Mapping. Fixing. Hustling toward the vision like it’s a goal that needs to be executed perfectly. And also finished by December 31 of the year so they can move on to the next one.

They minds start thinking:

  • “What steps should I be taking?”
  • “Where should I schedule the tasks to make it happen in my day?”
  • “Why hasn’t this shown up yet, I should do even more.”

The vision board turns into a silent pressure source. Instead of something that inspires and guides them it becomes something they feel responsible for achieving through effort alone.

The problem isn’t action. The problem is trying to force results without changing the inner state they come from.

2. Going Passive and Waiting for It to Happen

The other direction looks calmer on the surface. The passive way is the set it and forget it way. This happens because sometimes vision boards are portrayed as a magic pill to transform you life.

People who fall into this categorgy the board, and then just throw their hands up as if trusting the  the universe to deliver. Then they just wait.

They might look at the images occasionally and think, “It’ll happen when it’s meant to.” There’s no urgency but there’s also no integration.

The vision stays separate from daily life. Their thoughts, emotional patterns, and self-image stay the same.

The problem here isn’t releasing being a micromanger. It’s expecting external change without internal alignment.

Why Both Force and Passive Miss the Point

Force assumes you have to make the vision happen. Passive assumes it will happen without you.

But manifestation doesn’t work through pressure or wishful thinking. It works through alignment. Not alignment as a ‘high-vibe’ but alignment as the lived state of your inner world.

Alignment is when your thoughts, emotions, and actions are all moving in the same direction. It’s about your inner world experiencing what is on your vision board in the present moment before you ever see it in ‘reality’. You create reality by living it internally first, then your outerworld has no choice but to match it.

This is where mindset comes in.

What Mindset Actually Means in Manifestation

Mindset is not:

  • being happy all the time
  • thinking positive thoughts 24/7
  • ignoring fear, doubt, or discomfort
  • forcing gratitude when you’re exhausted

Mindset is the internal environment you live from.

It’s how you:

  • interpret situations
  • respond emotionally
  • relate to yourself
  • allow or block receiving
  • expect things to unfold

Your vision board doesn’t work by magic. It works because it gives your subconscious new instructions for how to think, feel, and exist in the world.

How Mindset Activates the Vision Board

When mindset is engaged, the vision board stops being something you look at and starts becoming who you are.

Here is a few key areas where this happens. (Note: this isn’t all the areas but this is where all my private clients start)

Working With Beliefs

Every desire on your vision board bumps up against a belief. Because you don’t live what you want, you live what yo believe. There is an old belief that is standing in between you and your desire.

Mindset work is noticing those beliefs without judgment and choosing new ones that match the life you’re building.

Regulating Your Nervous System

If your body doesn’t feel safe holding what you want, it won’t let it in. I’m sure you have heard of fight, flight, or freeze. Well those things happen when you are trying to call new things into your life if you aren’t working with the nervous system as you go.

Mindset includes grounding, calming, and expanding your capacity to receive. This is not forcing yourself to “handle more,” but allowing more to feel normal.

Clarifying and Refining Desire

Sometimes you may have thought you wanted one thing, only to discover maybe that isn’t what you wanted. Or maybe it was something you wanted but you weren’t very specific and you could feel there was more to the desire then yo first thought.

Mindset allows your desires to evolve without self-doubt or second-guessing.

Receiving Without Force

One of the biggest shifts mindset creates is learning how to receive without over-explaining, over-working, or over-proving your worth.

This is where the vision stops feeling like a wish and starts to feel inevitable.

Vision Board Guide: Implementing in Real Life

If you are new to pairing mindset work with your vision board, there is no need to trial and error your way through the process. While this vision board guide tells you the next steps, there is still a learning curve when going to implementing the mindset work tied to vision boards. My goal for you (yes, my vision) is that you live your desires as quickly as possible.

That is why I created the Vision Lab for women who don’t want to force their vision and don’t want to sit back and hope either. A place where women are guided and supported so there is no guess work along the way.

But don’t worry, I am not talking about filling up your days with constant mindset work. I developed this method specifically with women in mind. In fact, when I first started changing my life I was working 70+ hours a week, I was a mama to 4 kdis at home, and I was busy AF. I had seven minutes a day and those 7 minutes transformed my life.

So when you enter the into mindset work to make your vision board come to life, please know that you aren’t going to have to go overboard. It works with you from where you are and expands from there.

Inside Vision Lab, you’re guided through:

  • working with limiting beliefs
  • grounding and nervous system regulation
  • clarifying desire they evolve
  • practicing receiving without pressure
  • translating your vision into daily inner alignment

You will get support similar to how I work with my private clients through custom GPT coaching that meets you in real moments as life unfolds.

The Vision Lab will work with your inner world so your outer world has no choice but to match it.
