Manifesting that works boils down to one thing and this blog tells you exactly what it is so you can get what you desire.

Okay. I’m about to take one of the wooiest, most “just trust the universe, babe” ideas in the entire manifesting world and show you that it’s actually just a thing your brain is already doing. Right now and once you see it you are not going to be able to unsee it.

Here’s the thing nobody in the manifesting space wants to say out loud:

Manifesting isn’t magic. Manifesting is you working with your confirmation bias.

First, what even IS your reality?

Because I think we skip right over this part.

Your reality is not the whole world. It’s what you’re experiencing in your actual day to day life. It’s what happens to you, what you have, what you notice, what keeps showing up.

And here’s the wild part… everybody is living in their own version of it. It’s why you can look at somebody and think, “are they completely out of touch? Do they not see the facts?” No, girl. Their brain is just running a different filter than yours. Same world, different reality.

Now. Do I believe every single possibility for your life is already available to you? The money, the ease, the relationship, all of it? Yes. One hundred percent. Every version is already out there.

So the real question, the one you’re actually asking, is this: how do I get THAT one? How do I reach out and grab the good possibility instead of the one I’m currently standing in? How do I manifest it?

And the answer is your confirmation bias. That’s the mechanism deciding which version of reality you’re living in right now.

So what is confirmation bias, in plain English?

It just means your brain believes the stuff that matches what you already believe, and it ignores or doubts the stuff that doesn’t. That’s the whole thing. It’s like wearing glasses that only let you see the facts that agree with you. Kind of like the blinders they put on horses so they can only see what’s straight ahead. And it is running in the background of your brain right this second.

You’ve felt this. You just didn’t have a name for it.

You know how the second you decide you want a certain car, suddenly that car is on every corner? It was always there. You just weren’t seeing it. I was visiting my sister recently and she got a new car while I was there, and now? Now, I see that car everywhere. I had never once noticed it in my life before that week.

That’s the filter. That is the exact same way I “manifested” front row parking, by just believing it was possible for me to always get front row parking. The spots were probably always there. My brain just finally started letting me see them.

The three ways your brain is running this whole show

This is straight out of the psychology, by the way. I did not make this up in my kitchen.

One: what you look for.

Your brain goes hunting for evidence that backs up what you already believe. So if somewhere deep down you believe money is hard, your brain will hand you a hundred proofs a day that money is hard. And it will feel like cold, hard, undeniable facts.

Two: how you read what happens.

Take the exact same event, hand it to two different women, and they walk away with two completely different meanings. One gets a no and thinks “see, this never works for me.” The other gets the same no and goes “cool, that wasn’t it, next.” Same event. Different belief reading it. This is the whole “how can she possibly think that” thing. Her brain is reading her life through her beliefs, not yours.

Three: what you remember.

You hold onto the moments that confirm what you believe, and you quietly forget the ones that don’t. This is why a woman will swear up and down that manifesting has never once worked for her, while she has completely forgotten every single time it did.

This one got me personally. When I first got serious about this work, I was like, “okay, I have to try SO hard to make this work, because it has never worked for me.” And then I actually sat down and looked back at my life. And y’all. Everything has always worked out for me. Always. I just hadn’t been remembering it, because my belief at the time wouldn’t let me recognize those memories.

You experience reality through confirmation bias and that is directed by what you believe.

Notice what all three have in common

What you look for ➡️ How you read it ➡️ What you keep.

Every single one of them is built on belief. Belief is the engine under the whole thing.

So follow the logic with me. If your reality is filtered by your confirmation bias, and your confirmation bias is built on your beliefs, then the possibility you actually want isn’t far away at all. It’s just getting blocked. Your current bias won’t let you look for it, won’t let you read it as possible, won’t let you remember the proof. It’s filtering out your desire before you ever get to experience it.

Okay, here’s the part I really need you to hear

Everybody frames confirmation bias like it’s the villain. This flaw you have to fight against. I see it completely the opposite way.

Confirmation bias is the most beautiful thing about manifesting. And here’s why:

It’s where the ease comes from. THE ease. The one everyone in this space is chasing.

Think about it. Confirmation bias happens in the background, without you knowing it, which means it happens without effort. It is the most passive thing your brain does. So right this second, your brain is already effortlessly, passively maintaining a whole reality for you. The only problem is… it’s a reality you don’t actually want.

So when you hear a woman go “oh my gosh, money just comes so easy to me,” she’s not lying and she’s not special. Her confirmation bias is just passively confirming a reality she likes. And you can have the exact same thing.

So then what’s the actual work?

Because I’m not going to sell you the pure passive woo. “Just think happy thoughts and the universe rearranges itself for you.” No.

But I’m also not telling you to grind yourself into dust forever either.

Right now your bias is passively running a reality you don’t want. You do a little work in the middle (that moment of catching the belief and flipping it) and then it goes right back to being passive (aka effortless & easy). Except now it’s passively running the reality you DO want.

You go from passive of a life you don’t want, to passive of a life you do want. The ease was always there. You’re just pointing it at something different now.

So when somebody tells you manifesting is easy? They’re half right. The living it is easy. The flip in the middle is the work. And that flip is a belief.

Changing beliefs lets you go from a passive life you don't want to a passive life you do want.

Why the flip is harder than just “deciding to think different”

Your confirmation bias doesn’t feel like a bias. It feels like the truth. You know… “that’s just how things are.” Many times you can’t easily spot the belief running your reality, because from the inside it just looks like reality.

When I was working on manifesting more income, I was so sure I had some limiting belief around scarcity. Nope. Not even close. The belief actually running the whole show was this: I’m the youngest, I have a different dad than my two older siblings, and their dad had more money than mine. So somewhere in me, I had decided they were supposed to have the good things, because they came from the wealthier side, and I was supposed to struggle. That they should always do a little better than me.

THAT was the belief. Not “money is scarce.” Something way more personal and way more buried. And it took me a long time to even catch it.

But once you catch it, you can work it. And even then, your old bias is going to fight to stay alive. It’ll drag up all its old evidence and try to talk you right back out of the new belief before it can take hold. That’s the work. And that is exactly why it’s so hard to do alone even though everyone acts like you’re just supposed to say, “I’m rich and beautiful” to yourself in the mirror each morning.

This is the part I actually do with women

Because when you’re standing inside your belief it can be difficult to see it. You’re the one going “that’s crazy, that’s not real, why are they saying that’s reality,” while you’re doing the exact same thing to yourself.

So I help you see what you’re standing inside. And then we build the new belief. The one that gets your brain passively confirming the life you actually want, so manifesting that works starts to feel easy and normal and natural. Just… your reality.

That’s why I’m reopening my 1:1 coaching. It’s been closed for a while (like 2 years of a while!), but it’s coming back. We find the belief running your current reality, and we build the one that brings in the reality you want, so your confirmation bias starts working for you instead of just handing you the same old, same old.

These spots are limited because well, this is 1:1, and I am one person, so there are only so many seats in each Manifest Your Next Big Vision round.

And if something clicked while you were reading this? If you got that little “oh damn, now it makes sense” feeling in your chest? That’s your answer.

Come do the real work with me. No vibration talk required.
